- Guided foreign trips (as per program)
DXT–AI does not guarantee a specific income, profit amount, or business results. Success depends on personal effort, market conditions, and implementation.
5. Foreign Trips
- All foreign visits are subject to visa approval, availability, and international regulations.
- Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses may not be included unless mentioned.
- Company is not responsible for visa rejection or travel-related issues.
6. Data & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any business or personal data shared with us will be used only for service-related purposes.
Clients must also maintain confidentiality regarding training materials, AI tools, and internal processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
DXT–AI is not responsible for:
- Losses due to market changes
- Buyer payment delays
- Shipment issues
- Government policy changes
- Visa or travel restrictions
Clients are fully responsible for their business decisions and execution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, AI tools, training videos, documents, branding materials, and strategies belong exclusively to DXT–AI / Digital Exim.
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
